Day 1–90 Start course

Deutsch50 is a free, publicly published German-language learning resource. It is not a commercial service. This policy explains exactly what happens to data when you visit this site — in plain language, without legal padding.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Satya Prakash Nigam under the AIAlchemyHub project umbrella, based in India. The site is published at deutsch50.aialchemyhub.in.

For any privacy-related question, the contact address is hello@aialchemyhub.in.

2. What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. This site has no user accounts, no login, no comment forms, no newsletter, no analytics script, and no tracking pixels. There is nothing to sign up for, and nothing to sign in to.

The server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent — as every web server does. These logs exist for security and diagnostics and are not analysed for marketing or profiling.

3. What we do not collect

This list is deliberate and specific, because most privacy policies hide behind vague language. Deutsch50 does not:

  • create or store user accounts, profiles, or identifiers;
  • run analytics (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo, nothing);
  • use advertising networks or retargeting pixels;
  • set marketing cookies or track you across other sites;
  • record keystrokes, mouse movements, or session recordings;
  • sell, share, or trade any data — there is none to sell.

If this ever changes — for example, if a newsletter is added — this policy will be updated before the feature launches, not after.

4. Third-party resources

The site loads a small number of external resources directly from their public CDNs. When your browser fetches these, your IP address and user-agent are visible to those providers — this is inherent to any web resource loaded from a third party.

Provider What is loaded Purpose
jsDelivr Bootstrap 5 CSS & JS, Bootstrap Icons Layout, styling, UI components
cdnjs Font Awesome, Animate.css Icons, transitions
Google Fonts Inter, JetBrains Mono Typography
picsum.com Placeholder photographs Decorative imagery (until replaced with originals)

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Deutsch50 does not control their logging and does not receive any personal data from them.

5. Cookies & local storage

This site sets no cookies of its own. If a future feature requires one (for example, remembering a theme preference), it will be documented here at that time, and it will not track you across sites.

One browser localStorage key is used: d50.lang, storing your language preference (DE or EN). It stays on your device, is never sent to a server, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

6. Your rights

If you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you certain rights over personal data. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) provides a comparable set of protections. In both cases the honest position here is simple: there is very little personal data to exercise rights over, because the site does not collect it.

Where applicable, you have the right to:

  • Access — know what data, if any, is held about you;
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data;
  • Erasure — have data deleted;
  • Restriction — limit how data is processed;
  • Objection — object to processing;
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format;
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, email hello@aialchemyhub.in. Requests will be acknowledged within a reasonable time, and any data that actually exists will be provided or deleted.

7. Children

Deutsch50 is aimed at working professionals and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in EU jurisdictions that require it). The site does not knowingly collect data from children — because it does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may change as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will always reflect the current version. Material changes — for example, introducing accounts or analytics — will be highlighted, not quietly slipped in.

9. Contact

Questions, corrections, or a request under the rights above: hello@aialchemyhub.in.
